Hi All.
Just to let you know that Heathrow Virtual Airport opens on 16th Feb at 1900 hours GMT. 
This is going to be the largest Virtual Airport in the world and we intendt to recreate the actual running flights in real time to the Real Heathrow. 
Crazy? YES! But this will be the best Virtual Airport you have ever come across. We have ATCO and many pilots and we do have the best webmaster on the web..

Andy,
The airport looks great so far. I was wondering however, since you mentioned the airlines operating in/out of Heathrow would be earning virtual money, if any thought had gone into the business side of the airport itself. For example, would you charge the virtual airlines, landing fees, space rentals (for ticket boothes, etc)? Will you have a FBO providing and charging for fuel? How about other vendors? While I love the flight sim side of your enterprise, I would very much like to explore this area as well. |

Hello....
We are going to include a financial system like VAFS or Epirep. Undecided as to which one to use. Also we have some large corporate backing from Multiplay.co.uk and Ariane Design. Also BAA have allowed us to use their flight time table to work from. So all going well we should be able to pull this off. Over time we will grow and I am sure we will acheive our goal.
Don't forget, we go live tomorrow night at 1900 hours GMT. Join us for some real flying and real challenges.
