C'mon people, get serious.
They are there, if you want to look at them. But make sure you have a week or so to check them out.
That includes all the textures that FS9 shows. Buildings, trees, grass, clouds, water, you name it. It is there for you to look at, and modify to your taste.
As for any kind of library, why should someone put up, what is already there, for you to look at.
