As of 3-15-08, new airline Sunshine Airways, is sourcing for its first ever Hub Manager! Those of the age or older than 16 may apply for the position.
Benefits such as involvment in a new top notch airline, FULLY automated PiRep system, customized website and great health care await whoever is choosen.
The role of Sunshine Airways Hub Manager is as follows:
1.) Accept / Decline submitted PiReps.
2.) Maintain pilot status (Active / Inactive).
3.) Send out notices of account termination warning to inactive pilots.
4.) Accept / Decline new pilot applicants.
5.) Create and maintain Hub News updates and events.
6.) Have fun flying for a young and fresh new Virtual Airline.
The requirments to applicants are as follows:
1.) Experience with at least one (1) past VA.
2.) Answer the following:
a.) What experience have you had in a Hub Manager or any Managment position with Virtual Airlines?
b.) What do you think you could do to better Sunshine as both a company and team?
c.) What can you bring to the Hub you are assigned to (How can you motivate, and increase flight numbers and popularity of certain routes)?
d.) Why should you be choosen for this position?
e.) Any further comments that need to be taken into consideration.
3.) No younger that 16 years of Age, (Please include your exact birthdate in your application for verification.)
4.) Must be able to answer aprox. 5 - 10 emails every other day.
5.) To dedicate at LEAST 5 hours a week to Sunshine bot for flight and staffing duties (Staffing duties take top priority)
6.) The vision to see Sunshine grow and the determination / dedication to help it do so.
