You made a very wish choice when you bought a Saitek. I started out with a Saitek joystick about three years ago and I never regretted my decision to choose such an excellent brand.
About four months ago, I purchased the Cyborg Evo (by Saitek) because Best Buy was selling it for half price. It is a fantastic piece of equipment.
The next big step for you is to purchase the CH Products Yoke and Rudder. Once you use these devices, you will only want to use the joystick for the older aircraft and the "High Speed" Military aircraft. You can wait for them to go on sale or else you can keep an eye on EBAY (like I did) and wait for a good price. |

I use a Logitech wingman Force 3d. it works excelent and never has a problem with it. Only have a mousemat (is that English ) under my joystick, otherwise it has a enermous sound when it shakes. I can also rotate the joystick and use it as rudder that way. |

I use the Saitek control with my left hand on the throttle. I am thinking of getting the CH yoke and rudders pedals. How far do people take this stuff? Also what's a good hardware configuration for not only the comp but the controllers as well.
Thanks,
