Now, I guess I should expect a lot of AI with it set to 100%, but I've never seen so many AI planes at one place at one time!!!
I was flying a short IFR from Paris to London, just a short hop in a Beechcraft to pass the time... Well, as I was approaching the London shore, I noticed that there were a lot of aircrafts directly in front of me... like A LOT!!!!! I let time go on a bit more before I paused to take a screenshot for you (Below). While it was paused, I counted 42 aircrafts within 10nm of me!!!! All ranging between Cessna to Boeing!
Is it normal to see that much activity in the sky?

no its not normal. how may AI programs do you have installed??? Are the 40+ AI causing problems with your Frame Rates?? If so, you might be able to cut your AI back to about 50% or lower to gain your frame rates back.
OR
you might be able to wait just a little longer for RD, GS, MEL, HARK or one of the other Moderators to stop by and offer a little more help than my suggestion.

My guess is that you have duplicated flights in TTools.

lmao.....
Well, it seems you have 5 groups, each of all have the same a/c. (how can I tell?? Because, .....well.....yeah, I'm that good).
You obviously have multiple flights going to/from the same area. How that happened, could be many, to a few. If you have addon flights from a download, that could be one reason. The other, could by your over indulgence of Ttools.
Either way, GS has a tool (which I forget) that can find duplicate flight plans that you can change, if you so desire.

I actually Never added any flights, or many addons. the only add-on I installed was an F-18 I enjoy flying!
It's the first time it's ever happened, it made me laugh that's for sure! Frame rate wasn't affected!

Flew the same flight again with a 737.
No Crazy wall of AI, but I did get a Learjet do the equivelent of cutting me off! with no ATC warning that he was around! must've been within 1.2nm of me (I know because well... the game told me...)

Easy people, it was a one time glitch when he loaded FS9. It happens.
I'll bet my Super Rig that it will never happen again, unless he modifies his flight plans with Ttools.
If you read the whole thread, it only happened once. It's happened to me.....ONCE. But I didn't take a pic of it.
