Maybe some one will recognize this right off the bat and let me know how to fix it.
This began happening right about the time we started the memorial flight and I really, but incorrectly, attributed it to the amount of data being passed over the server. It dies the same thing when I am not in the server and it has got a bit bothersome.
Have a glance at the attached pics and let me know what you think.

hmmm. First of all its hard to understand what is wrong. I see that the Scenery is blurry but thats about it. If you could be just a tad bit more descriptive about whats wrong that would help a ton.

But the whole blurry thing. Ive never seen anything like that.

to my untrained eye, your "blurries" while you are flying, sort of looks like whispy clouds... might want to wait on RD for this one, in case it is your vid card...

Delete your FS9.cfg, and rebuild it.

If that doesn't take care of it, try this:

Deleted FS9.CFG and let rebuild.
What I mean by blurry, is that the entire landscape appears to have had an eraser drug over it, to make it all smooth and non-descriptive. The clouds suffer the same effect and I have add-ons fo the water effects. There are no trees where there should be trees, no difference between the "grass" and the "dead grass (dirt)" areas, or that type of thing, on the ground.

The problem may really be that my CPU is running at 100% during the entire session as of late. This system is six years old and I have only recently been having this problem. It to me seems that all the ground textures are not really there but since they do at some point come back, it may just be the processor having to process it all and get it shown even with the nVidia 7600 GS.

I agree, it looks like an incomplete draw. Have you cleaned up your machine lately? Not just for dust, but for lots of junk files and useless registry entries? I bet a good cleanup, a nice deep defrag and hour or two of completely unplugged state to degauss the system might help. Also, have you tried to adjust the PCI latency?

I have reset many of the settings and rebuilt the FS9.CFG file and it seems to be better, the "draw-ability" is still an issue but I think that is more machine based than Sim based. As I have added to the scenery library it has become slower and less able to keep up. So I know that now to be the answer, my CPU is getting totally loaded up and can't process as fast as it could pre add-on's.
No easy way to fix it either, other than to loose the add-on's.

Sometimes this route will give you more trouble than you bargined for !

I very much doubt that was his problem, and if I remember correctly, the problem is solved.
