The desk isn't actually that close to the edge of the desk, that was only for picture purposes.

New pics!
Improved cable management
I cleaned it up as best I could.

I've looped the SATA cable around the HDD to avoid the troubles of tying the cable.

Looking real good, T-Fish!

Enjoy! Very Happy

Jaeg-

PS, Do you have anything in mind for back up and restore software, like Acronis or Nero? Just interested to know.

No, I don't use backup software, I don't know of any good ones.

I just occasionally (like monthly) back up my documents onto another hard drive and maybe any software, like FS.

I mentioned two of the best I know of, and now you've piqued my interest when you suggested that you haven't found any "good ones"?

Interrogatory: Do you have any experience with Acronis? Nero?

I personally have Acronis 11.0 installed on my system as a fail safe. I can't speak to its accuracy other than it was highly rated in the usual places like, CNET, etc.

--Knock On Wood-- I haven't had to use it at this point and hope I never do. But with a spanking new build, a guy has got to start thinking of past mistakes and the loss of "critical stuff", and how to prevent that from happening again.

You mentioned having a recovery drive on your system, yet I see only one HDD in your Sig File, unless you have an external drive you haven't mentioned.

Again, I'm just curious. Wink

I use a network drive where my whole family can access files.

I don't use recovery programs, I've never bothered to look for any. There are many good alternatives out there but I haven't bothered to check them.

WOW !!!

Very impressive. Back when I was only 4 years old like you, my parents let me play with Playdough, Tonka Toys and plastic airplanes. Now that I am grown up, I get to fly in real airplanes. Cool Cool
