If you wanted to run SLI, here is the motherboard selection:

You could go with two GTS250's (which are basically rebranded 9800GTX+), but that would probably bring you over your 10000 budget because the quad core processor and motherboard I chose was higher spec than the ones you listed in your first post.

His budget was 10000NOK, and I assumed that the website's price listing was in NOK.
