When I want to download an add-on with DOWNLOAD ACCELLERATOR PLUS, a window pops up from PREMIUM SURCLARO.COM asking for "authentication required", allthough I am logged on and my premium membership is still valid until Dec 19th, 2009. When I enter my username & password it is not recognized and the same window opens up again time and time again. Can anyone help, please?

Don't use your addon manager, and it will download.

The premium server uses cookies set by the calling browser (Firefox in your case) to validate you as premium, happens that when DAP do the request to the premium server uses cookies either set on Internet Explorer or on it's internal Internet Browser. This is a break on Internet standards.

Unless DAP correct this problem (new DAP version) you should use Internet Explorer or DAP internal browser to download from our premium server.
