| I want it to have the concorde come with it and have real airplanes ( delta, American, you know) not "world travel" or something like that |

| mmm.....i disagree. i feel that FS would be worse with real airlines, as microsoft would need the permission of all of these airlines (which takes a long time). also, what do they do for countries outside of the US? southwest airlines doesn't fly to india...with hundreds of airlines, microsoft would not have time to do anything else but to get permission to use logos, etc. and the quality of FS would be worse. but yeah i know what you mean, because if the quality was the same and it was accurate, it'd be great![/quote] |

I don't know if this has been mentioned before but I would like to hear a difference in accents when comunticating with atc. It mould make the MFS much better and many ppl woud enjoy that feature. I hope this feature can be added. thx

I agree with Skycap, having accents especially in different countries would be pretty cool |

well even if the accent thing is a bit too hard because the new MFS is coming out at the end of this year. If they could still do main parts like for North America, South America, and Europe. That should not be dificult or maybe it could be added later on to MFS as an addon freeware hopefully or even payware. thx

um..
One other thing about having all the REAL world airlines in MSFS .................
Do you honestly believe that with Microsoft selling this software, the airlines won't charge for their trademarks? ha ? boy... if Microsoft told me it was putting in my logos and artwork in it's production that they are going to be making billions of dollars on, I would probably not just hand it out for free!!!
it's all about the business side as well.... paying REAL world airlines to be in their released product would dip way into the bottom line!!
just my interpretation of how this may not ever happen..... |

| Well, it should at least let you create your own airlines instead of giving us "Pacifica Airlines" or whatever |

I don't know if this has been mentioned but, i dont know if any of u have Microsoft Train Simulator but u can change a view to where ur a passanger and are sitting in a seat somwhere in the train, well i know there is the virtual cockpit but it would be kinda cool if u could be like a passenger, i guess another virtual kinda cockpit for airplanes only ur a passenger *shrugs* |

| Alrighty then, this thread is now becoming cumbersome with repeats and loose thoughts. Official statements have been made by the Microsoft Game Development Team. I am locing this thread at this point, if you have something to add to it, private message it to me and if it adds something new to the thread, I will allow it. If not............you do the math. That means you will have to read the thread before making your reply. We will also be cleaning up the thread a bit, taking out replies that are not replies to the subject at hand. Thank you for your cooperation. |
