Stumped man. Either your OS isn't extracting them properly, or they are becoming corrupted during download? Get Winzip or WinRAR demo versions. Use them to extract the PAI packages and try that. Google for their demo versions.
The ones you have extracted now, if you go to the folder where you extracted them do you see files like:
"PAI Install-British Airways.pai"?? If you don't, then they aren't unzipped. If they are...then PAI installer should install them if you point it to that folder.
Other than that...I don't know what else to assist you with??
Hope it works

Continental is a US Carrier?? You gotta have airlines that originate from those locations...ie. BA is prominent at EGLL, AC at CYYZ...etc. Plus, give it some time to see them. Its not like you are going to get hundreds of planes all at once...their plans are semi-realistic so it's like the real world. Also, you should get AFCAD v2x. Search for it here, or at Avsim. You have to have enough parking, taxiways etc for AI to use your new plans as well. Comes with an excellent help file too.
Read up more on AFCAD in our AI Traffic Forum.

Get AFCAD and read the help file. Too involved to go over it in a forum.
