Its tire smoke from a very heavy landing. Its FedEx's way of making sure every single package marked "fragile" gets a chance to break.

Seriously though its a lot of tire smoke and probably some dust on the runway being kicked up by the jetblast of the #1 and #3 engines.

Hey...I work closely with FedEx and know for a fact that we don't do that to parcels marked fragile...uhhhhh...yeah. So take that back....
