Here's an idea:

go to www.surclaro.com/downloads.htm and search for V-22 and you will find it....you can also find it on the most popular addons page.

one of the most complicated aircraft to fly. Involves flaps, throttle, and all sorts of other things. Didn't work 100% for me, had to take off with the engines at 45%.
