I just downloaded an airplane but when you try to set the autobrake it doesn't work is there a way to make it work?And also the speed brake doesnt work either when its set to auto?

Assumption: you are turning the knob of the autobrake when you already touch down...that is wrong. You are suppoed to arm it and it will initiate when you are firmly on the ground. So, set it to 1-2-3 or any other value u want while still on the approach...usually at the same point when you arm speedbrakes as well.

ummm if you are using joystick u can change the button configuration of spoilers so it is more convienient on keyboard shift / does the trick for arming spoilers nad / on it own activates it 100% ummm

plots also use air brakes when descending only a fraction though!!

ps on add on aircrafts you can push a little black button on panel and it brings the throttle quadrant up on the lest there is the spoilers there aswell

...or the downloaded plane could be like an ufo or flying cabbage or sonething like that... what i mean is it is possible the plane has not speed brakes modelled in it. I should point out that for example the GlobalFlyer does not have flaps either...
