Hey Gang,
What are your opinions/experiences on the best scenery addons out there including mesh/terrain either payware or freeware? Any area at all. I have most of Canada from FSGenesis, and Holger Sandmanns Lower Mainland scenery for my area and am looking to expand out now.
Might as well ask people who know more about it than I do...
Cheers!

thanks to a rich and stupid friend, I get to install and test a lot of payware sceneries. I had the oppurtunaty to play all the MegaScenery titles, Visual Flight VFR, Switzerland amongst others. Out of all them, for me Cloud9 Rome is the one - I think the main reason may be a default Flight starting right outside Collesium. Amazing. Followed by Megascenery SanFrancisco (Mount Diablo). Switzerland is also amazing, but not for value-for-money.
For freeware, I am sure you have ThunderBay2 and Toronto (by the same group). For our part of globe, we have Irish Scenery, Netherlands2000 which are very nice. Holger also have some sceneries for Glacier bay, which is supposed to be quite good.
my two pence worth. |
