First, check in the readme that comes with the texture set to see which model is specified. Then, usually the readme will give instructions, you create a folder in your aircraft's folder (sometimes the texture will come in a folder, ready to go) named texture.xxx (xxx=the name of the texture, you can see examples by examining other multi-texture aircraft folders). Now, you have to add the aircraft to the aircraft.cfg file. Open the aircraft.cfg with a text editor such as "word". At this point, sometimes the download will come with a .cfg section to be copied to the .cfg file. If not, type in [fltsim.xxx], where xxx=the next numbered section, i.e. if you have a [fltsim.0] and a [fltsim.1] the next will be [fltsim.2], get it? The .cfg section from the readme will go here. If there is not one, just copy and paste the lines from [fltsim.0] and change the texture= to texture=xxx, where xxx is the texture folder name, i.e. if the texture folder name is texture.tahiti then the .cfg line will be texture=tahiti. Then make sure to change the UI Variation to read the new livery name and the ATC airline to the correct airline name.
Once you have done it a few times, it really isnt hard to do. Post back if you have more questions. If you have any problems, post your aircraft.cfg text here and we'll go over it together to get you straightened out. |

copy over the folder named texture.THN over to the a/c you want to use it in. Open up the aircraft.cfg of that a/c and copy/paste the [flightsim.x] part under the existing one. Change the 'x' value to the next one in line ie. if the first one says flightsim.0...make this one flightsim.1.
Then go to the line where it reads texture= and put in:
texture=THN
Save, fly. If you get stuck, just look at all the parameters in some default a/c that have mulitple liveries and you'll get it. The readme that came with that texture should have put all of that in...lazy developers...oughta be a law.
Edit: Sorry GS...you go for it.

go back and reread my or GS's post and follow it closely. I can see the error why this texture isn't there for ya...its really simple too.
Forget the readme that came with that d/l...the author didn't do it right.

| Now just change that [fltsim.1] in your new section to [fltsim.2] as it appears you already have a [fltsim.1] section. Then make sure all of the texure files are in the texture.THN folder and that the texture.THN folder is in the correct aircraft folder. Double check that the texure is for that specific model and it should show up okay. |

in your flightsim.0 make sure the sim= line in Flightsim.1 is the same as the one in Flightsim.0's entry...
in other words...whatever sim entry is in 0...make sure the same entry is in 1.
