Might get a new laptop, would 64mb o video mem do the trick for FS9.

Specs on the box are as follows:

Windows:
2000/XP- 128 mb ram
98/ME- 64mb ram

processor: 450mhz

Hard drive: 1.8gb

Video card: 8mb/3D direct x 9.0 0r later

As with most program requirement listings these are pretty much the bare minimum you will need just to get the program booted up and running. to optimize the experience triple those mb and mhz numbers.
