Looking for a designer to create me a personal hovercraft based on pictures and spec's I will provide. I will also provide link to Manufacturer for pictures and spec's. If interested please email me. I will provide payment of $100 US Funds for best model and config. I request ownership of winning design with mention of designer and any related information you request that should remain with package. Thank You in Advance.
