I dont know if its the joystick, or if its the fact that I have a slower computer, or whatever, but I just got a Saitek ST290 Pro recently and im starting to develop problems, shortly after takeoff, i lose the following things completly in random order, joystick control, keyboard control and sound......when its gone its gone until the comp is resaterted......real pain, becaue it happens soo frequently.....if i lose keyboard, the only way to shut the comp down is to unplug it....please help me.... Sad

Post up your computer specs as well as what programs you are running for spyware/adware/virus programs.

just asking: restart and/or on-off button don't work?

I doubt it could be the joystick. Check all your computer settings and you may want try troubleshooting. It rarely helps me, but it's worth a try.
