Athlon xp 1700 (old model) radeon 9800 pro ram 512 DDR
I have a fine scenery at 9800 pro but the game is not faster I still have obout 8-10 frame/sec on the ground . if I buy athlon 2500 barton and overlocking it to xp 3200(2200 GHZ) it will be ok? I have not more mony to by Pentium 4 3,4 ) thank you |

The AMD 2500 Barton core is a popular one in terms of overclocking due mainly to it's multiplier being unlocked. I've seen the core o/c to 2.4 in some cases but that depends on your motherboard/ram/chipset setup. Check with the retailer and take your mobo specs with you and ask them what gains you can acheive in the o/c dept.
Stick with an AMD for FS, Pentiums perform slightly lower for gamers.
