What is the easiest way to add a windsock to a NEW airport? Is there a way to do it without another program? Can I just edit a bgl. file or something?

It's been a while since I messed with animated objects in FS, I suggest you go scan the forums at http://www.scenerydesign.org/ . You'll find the answer to just about every scenery design question you can come up with. BUT, look through the forums first, before you post a question.
If I track down the thread dealing with windsocks, I'll post it here. |

| Nothing there that really addresses my issue. I know you can't do it with afcad, and I DO have a macro of a windsock, but have no idea how to put into my airport. |

Nothing that addresses your issue...did you do a search?

If you already have a macro, I know there are plenty of topics there about using macros. If you want me (or anyone else) to dig up the info for you, it'll take some time. Much longer than it'll take looking it up yourself. |
