First, as far as I know of there are only a few racetracks in FS9, (yes, I have seen them, I just don't remember off-hand where). My suggestion would be to go to the cities where the major races occur and fly around with a helicopter until you find them. A map helps a lot. Second, since I mentioned helicopters, you can land and take-off from racetracks with the helios. This mimics real-life in that most major events have helicopters on the field for medical transportation and event coverage. (This last I know for a fact, as I work part-time for one of the major racetracks and have close friends at several others)
