jamez,
Are you having the same problem with the same a/c that cobbb has, a cessna single engine?
Is this the default or addon a/c or all a/c that you are having problems with. Makes a HUGE difference.

I'll bet you a dime that I can solve your problem. Please try this:
1. Reconfigure your joystick one more time just to make sure that everything is set up correctly.
X Axis should be your Ailerons
Y Axis should be your elevators
Z Rotate should be your Rudder
Z Axis should be your Throttle
2. Run Flight Simulator and select the following from menu:
2a. OPTIONS
2b. CONTROL
2c. ASSIGNMENT
2d. JOYSTICK AXIS (Top of screen)
2e. X Axis should be your Ailerons
2f. Y Axis should be your elevators
2g. Z Rotate should be your Rudder
2h. Z Axis should be your Throttle
Make sure that you do not have any boxes checked for REVERSED
Double or Nothing. If the above does not completely solve your problem, try this:
Change your SENSITIVITY SETTING:
1. Write down your current setting in case you do not like my settings.
2. Here are my settings:
Ailerons 10% with no Null value
Elevators 10% with no Null value
Throttle 100% with no Null value
Rudder 50% with 20% null value |

Disconnect the joystick from your PC. Reboot, run FS. Try to do it with just the keyboard.
FSUIPC is only one d/l and if you install it without paying for registration, it has limited functions. But you can use the basics of it as I suggested earlier. And you are running the CH Yoke system right?

| I had a similar problem and was pulling my hair out trying to find a solution when I noticed that the autopilot was on the the plane was simply trying to turn onto the heading set on the autopilot. It happened no matter what aircraft I tried and the plane would start to turn a few seconds into the takeoff roll. I finally noticed that the autopilot was on. I turned it off and problem solved. |

Please help me! I have a similar issue, but quite different:
My joystick is a new model: Top Gun Fox 2 PRO (USB) from THRUSTMASTERS. Quite expensive...
It worked perfectly normal until one day in the French Polynesia. I slewed around the place going wherever (I was just exploring the place). Then suddenly, when the joystick was at idle, the plane stuttered to the right continuously. I put off slew, then back on, and did it again. I also kinda noticed this action also while flying (the plane makking small juttery bursts to the right). What is this?? I checked for caliberation, and also saw the pointer leaning towards the right side and stuttering back and forth in quick motions (still leaning on the right).
Can someone help me please??? please!!!!! Thank you
