Are you keeping in mind that the only aircraft that comes up with textures are:

~:~ Cessna RG
~:~ Sailplane
~:~ Camel

When viewed in; " Create a Flight", dialog window, they display thier textures, it seems that the aircraft that have multiple textures, are the ones that have no textures.

thanx

And the texture folders contain 2.79MB worth of data in each right? Hover your mouse over the folder to check.

Also take the same shot as above again but 'details' selected so we can see the file sizes of the aircraft.cfg, air file...etc.

Stumped are we.

I am IT certified and I can not even pinpoint the problem. Software wise.

LOL...no...sorry. Got involved with a system reformat and just got back up yesterday.

Okay, so the install looks good. What make/model is your video card, driver version and version of DirectX installed? Get Everest Home Edition (free) to get detailed info on your PC then post that up and we'll go from there...

last time i got gray aircraft, it wasn't installation or anything, the files were just corrupt! open them up with DXTBmp to find out what they look like. if some of it is not complete, or it appears in a jumble of mess, then it is corrupt (thats what happened to mine i am not sure about you)

can you send a complete shot of your cfg files on the a/c that have multiple textures?? Ok, just one of them that you are having problems with.
