| hmm...im not exactly sure if they're safe or not: chances are that if you got the proper protection like a firewall, antispyware, and an antivirus program you're good to go. but your computer's like your body - you should be the one who knows it best, because you have different programs and tweaks to your computer than everybody else. What i would do is do a quick google search on every task (using those names listed) that you think might be unsafe. Why do you ask this anyways? is there something going weird with your computer?

| i asked this too, just to be safe. googlin them all takes time, but it can be done. but if anyone has lots of experience with this stuff, they can quickly point faults out for You, and that is a good thing. Why not ask? these forums are for asking right?

You got quite a few running though...don't need them all. Google for the process info for each one and you'll know which one's to remove or place on standby as suggested.
