Every time I try to download a file on this site it come up as and error. Can anyone tell me what im doing wrong?

There is no error message, the window with the file name pops up and on the file name it says error and below it it says HTML document. Im sorry but thats all I know to say about it, I just cant get the zip file to show up and get the download.

You MUST be logged in on the surclaro main site and YOU MUST NOT use any sort of dwnload managers... this got me pretty ticked until i figured it out

If I cant use a download manager what do I use to download the files? And thanks everyone for your help.

the standard default donwload thing in mozilla or IE or whatever

85% of the time I download now, here on Surclaro, it will say "unexpected end of archive". So this really gets me annoyed. Everything is a lot better with my DAP (Download Accelerator Plus)! It downloads 3-10x faster and has no problems! I wonder WHY here there is "unexpected end of archive" and I only get 2-5kb/s, using Firefox's defauld downloader, while I have DSL and with DAP I can get 25-50kb/s Shocked
