I know this may be an old question.
How do you surpress the "Third Party Software" warnings that come when loading some add-on aircraft or panels in FS2002? |

This usually means something wasn't loaded or wasn't loaded in the right place.
On the other hand if everything was loaded right, and the plane flies well, then you might write to the author of the file. They are usually pretty good at respondinig. Often they might send you a patch to get rid of those error messages if everything is loaded right. |

This warning is for FS2000 or FS98 gauges that may or may not work in FS2002. FS2002 changed some of the variables around so if it detects some older software it will give you a warning. I think this is covered in the readme that came with FS2002.
First, check each 3rd party gauge on the panel in question. You will most likely get this message when starting up specific aircraft. If the gauges all work properly then you can go ahead and add them to the fs2002.cfg file. Once again, the details of this are in the readme.
I had to do this to let my hostsb.dll work for squawkbox. |
