My title says it all. I closed a couple a runways on the simflyers KORD Afcad file I got from avsim. I modified it to work with traffic 2005. I need to close 22L, restrict landing in 32L, restrict takeoff from 4L and 4R, close 14L and 14R, but they seem to be closed, and the rest can be open all the way.

What am I doing wrong that the changes are made on the Afcad program (Lee Swordy), but in FS planes continue to land on 22L, and so on. Is it becasue I'm downloading winds?

I did this with the default Afcad file, but I closed all the runways, accept for 4R, and everybody would takeoff and land on 4R.

Help,

axiom

I might be wrong, if so, I am sure somebody will correct me.

I think you need to keep 2 runways open. One for TO and one for landing. That is a big a/p with alot of traffic, so you need to dedicate one for TO and another for landings.

I don't think wind will cause the problems. However, FS my change which runway is used for what by the direction of the wind.

So, I would open up a second runway. Let me know if this helps or not. Or if anybody else has a more correct answer.
