Ok this is *beep* me off.

Ok on google earth and most maps CBQ2 (Fort Langley Airport) it shows the rwy to be 869ft but the nav Data says its 1,800FT whats going on?

are you sure your view is actually straight down and corrected for azimuth? remember it's a satellite view and unless you are direct path there will be an angular error for distance when measuring the image as you will be looking straight "down" at the image but the source was not. comprende?
