I was wondering if there are any videos on the web of a spiral decent. The reason I ask is because i was practising them in the grob 115 during my lesson on sunday. It was really cool, whilst bring the nose back up after leveling out, i pulled roughly 4 g!.

Im am pleased to announce i have the flying bug!!!!!!

i might join my local air cadet squadron where i would recieve 12 hrs free flying lessons.

so to summarise; are there any videos on the web where it shows a spiral decent?

or if you have one that you recorded your-self please may i have a copy?

the only thing i can think of is http://www.flightlevel350.com/ which You probarbly already know Yourself. Search there. Dont know if it has any though.

thanks for the reply but ive tried that already. the closest thing it gets to on that site is a spin or aerobatics.

its when the aircraft loses control and turns rapidly to one side (30 to 90 degrees) with alot of nose down pitch. so to answer your question... yes but in an extreme case.

but the recovery is also really amazing. plenty g like i said.

Ask your parents to drive you over to the local library. There is a whole section dedicated to Aviation. This topic is covered in most books which are written for Student Pilots. Cool

Note: I do not want anybody to make any sarcastic comments about whether Brain Licker has a library card or not.
