AI Packs Interfering With Manual AI?

Hi guys new to the forum.

Here is my problem. I have installed a euro/us/747 AI packs which gives me KLM/Virgin Express/Air France etc and I cant figure out how to:

1. uninstall them because when I installed them I was new to this and now I realize they are crap.

and 2. replace them with my manual AI that Ive downloaded. I have TTools but cant figure how to work that much.
