| does anyone know where i can find a book or internet aricle about talking to the atc, i want to get a head start, i'm a student pilot and just want to learn it a bit early. |

| you should get onto VATSIM or IVAO and just listen in to the atc chatter. It also helps if you join in, its the quickest way of learning. I suggest using IVAO, its a bit more friendly towards the new people to atc. |

CAA "lingo" - CAP413 Radiotelephony manual
JAA "lingo" - PANS/RAC4444 document, chapter 10
All 4 can be found on google as small convenient PDF's |
