Has anyone figured out how to turn the plane during the pushback? The documentation says to press the 1 key to turn left and 2 to turn right. I can push back straight with the Shift+P, but the plane simply won't turn.

I hope someone can shed some light on this for me.

Cheers,

Michael

It's been a pain for me as well. I think it has to do with finesse. I quickly found out I had to hit shift & p at the same time or else I got the pause screen! Try hitting shift+p at the same time and then 1. If that doesn't work hit shift+p and while holding them down add 1. i.e. try different methods until you find it. I've done it once or twice but can't remember what the hell I did to achieve the turn. Now I have to start over agai and pay attention to what I'm doing, when I do it.

7 others read your post. I'll bet a spit and a handshake at least one of them knows the answer. If this is true, why don't they help?

Many read my post on the Hawaiian eruption that comes with FS2k2. Many could not find it. I found it and posted how to do so. No one posted a thank you or anything! Kinda grabs ya right here... don't it? Twisted Evil

Thanks jyarddog! I suspect that those who looked at my post couldn't figure things out either and was hoping someone would write to tell me what the trick was.

I have tried pretty much everything. I also had the bugger turn once for me, but I don't know what I did differently. I suspect that it's just another bug in the MS program. Let's hope they get it right with FS2004.

It's the fact the MS refuses to put put a patch for FS2002 that grabs me the wrong way. It's far better than FS2000, but it came with more bugs than Carter has liver pills.
