OK. Now since I know if I want to upgrade my power supply, I will have to upgrade my motherboard as well. But I want to use my existing processor (P4 1.7 ghz 400FSB). Does the FSB on the motherboard specs have to match my processor FSB?
Any essential info I should know before upgrading my motherboard would be very helpful. Thanks |

My opinion.
I would like to see the M/B with a faster FSB than the processor. This way it doesn't choke the speed of it. There is never a good reason to have a faster processor than M/B. Since your keeping your processor, by all means, get a faster M/B.

| Thanks RD. Yes, finding a m/b with a faster FSB will be no problem at all. |
