I am the administrator of my computer and some software such as fs9 and ati catilyst control say I am not what do I do.

just posting that does not exactly help us to help you. Perhaps a few more details will allow us to help you. For example what software, what are you administrator of? what you running the software on? etc etc

if you dont provide us with that info, we cant help
