I have just bought a brand spanking new computer for MSFS X and it has a 'Intergrated Intel Media Accelerator 900 VGA' graphics card. Is this good enough for the game or do i need to purcahse a new one? Also i f i downloaded Directx 9 or 10 with this graphics card would it be adequate?
Bring on the 13th of October!

That is not strong enough. You wouldn't be able to run DX10 on it either.
Wait there are stable DX10 cards. |

Nothing on that computer is able to run DX10. The card is not compatible as well as DX10 is not available. The OS, which I am pretty sure is Windows XP. Will not run DX10.
As for running FSX, you need to post up the specs of your new toy. But guessing, I am thinking you might want to replace that card at a later date, as it is more of a video card than a gaming card.

Thanks guys.
My system is a pentium 4, 1024 mb memory and 60g hard drive witha 16x DVD drive, so hopefully it will run the game!
What is a good but cheap graphics card which will do the job? |
