Hi folks,
I am in the very lucky position to have time for more reviews. They soon will come with screenshots. For this is not only to waste space in the forum but to help you deciding what is worth downloading, I'd like to know from you, what would interest you most.
I am limitted to FS2002, FS2004 and CFS1 & 2
Should I
1) concentrate on top downloads?
2) try to draw the publics attention to less known models wich are excellent?
3) put emphasis on airliners?
4) put emphasis on props?
5) put emphasis on helicopters?
6) put emphasis on warbirds and military aircraft?
7) put emphasis on freeware utilities?
stop rating add ons? (Reasons!)
Please tell me what you think.

| I'm with the guys, lesser known aircraft are where it's at. This is supposed to be challenging, I think. By the way, is there a decent Caribou panel out there? |

Thank you all for posting. I'll keep that in mind. Next thing will be the Concorde, and after this I will write about a less known. For all those who got 100 B737 liveries but no Katana...

Lesser known, but good quality. So many of the aftermarket ac have poor flight models!
Personally I tend toward the small-mid size prop jobs, with the occasional t-prop for fun. |

I am always looking for good SCENERY. Unfortunately, I have had some bad experiences with FS9 shutting down and forcing me to answer that annoying question of do I want to send a message to Microsoft or Not. Since Microsoft never replies with an explanation for my problems, I have chosen to be selective on what Scenery I download. I suspect that some of my downloaded scenery does not play nicely with other scenery resulting in problems. Therefore, I would greatly appreciate review of "friendly" scenery. |

Sorry, Skipperdan, but I fear I would not be a reliable and qualified source of information on this because of my -in comparision- weak machine. Meanwhile, it would be nice to have somebody here rating sceneries.
You all remember:
This forum is NOT exclusively for my Reviews. Everybody who is ready to write in detail is invited to post here!
Also note the benefits SurClaro offers for submitters of reviews!

OK
If you can not provide reviews of scenery, can you at least drive over to the local Microsoft Tech Support Office and ask them when they are going to open their In-Box and reply to all of the times that I have checked the box to SEND A MESSAGE TO MICROSOFT every time that FS9 shuts down? |

Sure! I'll do it.
But please don't expect too much. They also received several messages from me about various issues from problems over suggestions to constuctive criticism, but I never received an answer. There's no difference if I send it either to the german or the main division of MS. If they did not make such all in all pretty good Simulators, they could really selfcensore my selfcensored... if you follow my meaning.

groundsquirrel to skipperdan:groundsquirrel to skipperdan, be advised,
I also have had this annoying (o.e. pop-up?) message. You'd be better off calling Mini-Maids to clean up the mess than trying to get a reply from the Microsoft East India Support staff. The only simulated flying they seem to do is with Office Depot aircraft (Desk/Chair-400). As you can tell, it doesnt get much range and needs refueling often (coffee). Seems there was a tweakie site out there that tells how to disable this little jewel. Well, that's my weekly rant, groundsquirrel out. |
