I hated to do it, but a long agonizing analysis of the three top shots left me little choice. They were all very good, so I had to get really picky. Dont hate me, just dont like me. After all, I thought mine was the best.....

The year isn't over yet.
And yes, I was going to do a "Top Shot" contest of all the winners at the end of the year.

| Let me add (which I did not at the time of posting), that another deciding factor was number of times viewed....and the good ol' Phantom was way ahead in that category. So, choice of aircraft seems to be pretty important as well. I knew I was going to be on the short list with the Thud', but I have always been fascinated with it's size and the unique wing root engine intakes.

Reason me and Noddy us it alot is this. As it is payware, it is THE best modeled and detailed fighter you can get. Then mix in the paints by Gus R, and you have a texture that is above all others, with an aircraft above all others. Very hard no to use it. Plus the fact that it is very popular and well known.
Just my opinion, and I am sure Noddy will agree.

Have to agree with RD on this the Phantom of Alphasim is awesome! The repaints are very good as well. Mind you the Cloud9 and IRIS 'Toms are not far behind. All three are very different and have their good and bad points. So if you have a few pennies to spare check them out.
