right, its still not working, i have unzipped the file and saved it.
i read the intructions and they are crap. it said to install the panel blah blah blah, done it then it said " download the aircraft from avsim" and another site. but i thought i have downloaded it so please can you help me, my patience is running out........................................

Ok, look at the pic below......... This is what you should have in a folder after you have downloaded it, and then unzipped it.

The Zip file labled CONCORDE.GAU must be unzipped again, but this time, it should be unzipped into your FS2002/Gauges, this is the main Gauges folder for the Flight Sim. You will have to navigate your way there.

Then go back one so that you see the Aircraft Folder "380ek_MX_2" (again, see pic), this must be dragged, or copied and pasted into your main FS2002/Aircraft folder.

That's all there is to it........... But please refer to the SurClaro Installation help page which I gave you the link to earlier.

If you are having a real problem, then on this occasion, and because you are local, I will give you my phone number, and hopefully we can get this running. But only as a last resort. Note: I am out all day tomorrow (Sun) but will be back in the evening.
