Dunc,
I know we talked a little about an aircraft I would do for you, and I wanted to pass this one by you.
I've been testing the Erick Cantu Embraer EMB-120 as you know, I find it far better than the Botamer/Chin version I use. The paint kit is extrememly nice, and I worked up this scheme for a one-off for Mack Air.

Now, I know you don't currently use the Embraer, but think about it and I'll put this on the plane for you, should only take a couple of hours. I would need a registration (or not if you want to make it a generic aircraft). It won't be the tinted chrome we were talking about, it would be as it appears, and I need to work on the flag fade a little bit.
Let me know, I'll put it together for you. |

Dunc, hit me with text in your AM, I know it's almost 10PM there on a school night so I'll be here off and on tonight my time. I'll be up late tonight so try me before school.
The Cantu Embraer has the tail attached to the aft fuselage on the texture files, so this was easy. I've looked at your Dash and it's the same way. if you can find me a white paintkit for it it would be no problem, it would take a day or so. For an aircraft witht he tail as a seperate texture file it would be a serious PITA to get this lined up and scaled properly.
My original intention was to do a series of 3 aircraft, one with a Union Jack tail, one with a French tail and one with a Spanish tail, I need to check and see if I have similar flags for each one.
Here's some more shots of the Embraer...

Please note the position of the First Officers head in this one; while the aircraft is flying he is animated and continually looks around the cockpit and out the right side of the aircraft...

| This scheme is going to be applied to Mack's Dash once we get a proper paint kit. I may do a flag Embraer for myself in the very near future. |

Not to be the bearer of condemnation. But can you two do this thru PM's, as for the details, and not here.
Otherwise, it does look nice, good job.

This was my first attempt at using multiple layers with Photo Explosion Platinum. I haven't done much work with 24 bit textures but this worked out well. I did the flag over lay in 256 color then went back and airbrushed the waves back into it. A lot of work and I know there was an easier way...I'll find it eventually.

Hey Pete, got any info for Photo Explosion Platinum. The pic looks great, and I am too lazy at the moment, to google it.
How well does it stack up to Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro ??
