are there any choppers flying around somewhere? Is it possible to make tham do that? if yes, then are they able to vtol?

Checkout the forums at Hovercontrol. There are AI helicopters, actually ways to make flyable helicopters AI.

I have my local police AI whirlybirds doing a routine at CYVR thru a couple of AI plans. Took a while but it was worth it...and they make for great target practise.

im a little confused about this. Can i take any helo i downloaded and make flight plans for them? Or do they specificly (sp?) Have to be AI?

@ Upchuck...use AI helis as they are more fps friendly. You can use real models but your PC will work harder.

Yeah, like any other a/c...make a flightplan, install the model/texture and away ya go...

Not kamikaze...more like the ducks at the fair...ping...ping...

no...they skid across the taxiway for a bit then hit the sky. Target them via an overlaid AFCAD and your flightplan. If you have AFCAD v2.xx, go to the help section and read up on it. It tells ya how to install a heliport addon I believe. Its way too difficult and involved to go over the 'how to' over a thread. But do read up the AFCAD help...one of the best help files I've ever seen...
