It's probably my vid card, or my PC is not powerful enough.

If you say so Wink As good a reason as any to upgrade. Smile Stop reading here if that's all you're interested in.

If not, you'll need to verify a couple of things. When you extracted the AEU7 files, did you select "Extract all" and "Overwrite" options? I'm assuming you you use WinZip.

Second, (assuming that you did the previous) since the upgrade doesn't replace all textures, you will have to go into the texture files and verify that you have all the taxi_****.bmp file and that they haven't been corrupted. The aprons use primarily asphalt, concrete, macadam and tarmac. Try replacing them one at a time and restarting FS9. I'm still pretty sure that this will fix your problem....that is, unless you are dead set on upgrading Laughing

Edit: FYI the files are located on Disk 2 in the MSGAME3.CAB.

Can I just verify that the number of files in the texture folder match the number of files in aeu7.zip?

Nope, as AEU7 does not change all files in the texture folder and depending on what addons you have installed, we could all have differing numbers of files in there.

When I switch to default, my taxiways are still extremely bright at night. It's my graphics card.
