First of all go into your FS9 folder and uninstall the FS9.1 update. Then uninstall all of your FS9 addons, then uninstall FS9 itself. The whole procedure can be messed up if you don't do it this way as I have found out to my cost. Even when you have done this, use explorer to check if there any fol...

Not quite sure whether you mean the LevelD 767 or PMDG 737 but this is a quote from the LevelD forum - To tune the ILS, enter the frequency and course on the ILS Control Panel on the pedestal (This will tune the left, centre and right ILS receivers in the main equipment centre). You cannot tune ILS ...

I don't think it's anything to do with your hardware. I get that effect with certain freeware planes in FS9. Pressing the - or + key just seems to make it worse.

If you don't mind shelling out some hard earned cash it's available at http://www.aerosoft.com/cgi-local/re/iboshop.cgi?showd,4440633910,DF10064 It has the distinction of being the highest airport in the world with scheduled flights. There is a downloadable video, 8m...

From what I can see of FSX so far ATC is much the same as FS9. No disrespect intended, but the voices are still all American, with the exception of some of the new FSX missions. ATC still has the same annoying habit of "zig zag" vectoring, that you almost feel dizzy at times. Also when coming in on ...

Try downloading the update again, it could be a corrupt file. Also make sure the file is in your main FS9 folder before running, it will not work otherwise.

I personally will run both FS9 and FSX because of any compatibility problems. For instance, on the the LevelD 767 forum it has been stated that the 767 will not work on FSX, although there will be a patch for it as soon as possible.

First of all you can safely disregard claims of 40 to 80 fps. Whilst this shows a good machine, it has to be remembered that the human eye cannot see much above 25 fps, so try locking your frame rates to this. On your desktop right click and select NVidia Display then select your monitor. On the lef...

Are we talking about FS9 here? I've searched my hard drive and I can't find any reference to FLIGHTSOTHERFLTSIM.FLT and my FS9 is running fine. It could be a file from an addon, but I doubt this would stop FS9 from running if it was missing. Have you checked for any virus/spyware recently?
