Yes...my computer can't exactly run the space shuttle, but it runs FS2004 and other games relatively CPU intensive games well at moderate to high settings...

I figured something like AFX would not pose a problem. I can run AFCAD just fine, and it's essentially the same program.

AFX??

Any users of Airport Facilitator X have any lag-related problems? If I try to zoom in or out, or pan around with the arrow keys, or drag any object like a parking space, there is a good one second lag-time in between button press and actual movement. This makes it almost impossible to use.... Any id...

Simpit

Hey, I was researching simpits. It's hard for me to understand this. One thing I was looking into was how to interface lots of little things that do not have buttons in FS. My assumption that everything has some sort of code, or ID that is used to interface to hardware. For example, is there a code ...

Host Monster

Hi, I was searching for website hosters and came across a list of the top 10. Most were decent, with do-able prices for decent features. Then I came across Host Monster, and I am puzzled. It offers OMG so much more in features and services for a small fraction of the price others offer. I can't find...

I have the same situation, but what I do to counter it is make the weather exactly what it is almost on a daily basis where i live. put the visibility to a very low number, put a few layers of clouds really small, and very high with a light drizzle, so what i get is a dreary looking grey sky with a ...

Hi, I tried Steve's carrier. It is unbelieveably awesome. Only thing is, the graphics cut in and out, I mean, every now and then you can see the textures, but most of the time you cant, and all you can see is a plain grey. I also like the DSB A-7. I am going to re-make the panel since I have access ...

What is Kirk Olssen's F-16?

I know pretty well that what determines what block number is the engine and avionics, and all that can be changed without altering the model. What model of the F-16 is it supposed to be though?

Hi, you know for FS9 lighting, there is one picture that is just shown constantly for lighting? Aircraft Systems

Hi, quick question, should require a quick answer. Are aircraft sytems, like fuel, hydralics, autopilot, etc. part of the aircraft model, or are they separate. Meaning, can a particular system be added to an aircraft that doesnt have one, or a unrealistic one?

Since JATOs are a use once then they're done type of deal, I don't think you can make a realistic JATO using that method. My guess was that engines 2 and 3 (the two inner engines) are just visuals, and engines 1 and 4 are doubled in power to simulate 4 engines. This leaves 2 engines for the JATOs.

Hi, has anyone ever tried to put a heavier spring on a X52? I've been practicing aerobatics, and would like to make it easier by putting a 20-25lb tension spring to replace the little one. I don't really know where to go from here, so any help is appreciated.
