Hi Mel, I am running a 17 inch screen with the resolution at 1920x1080 and FS9 at 1280x768x32. have you updated your Video card driver lately,Regards, BP

Can a Boeing C-17 be configured so that reverse thrust can be used when landing with a steep approach. Or, is there a C-17 in existance which can do this. BP

Sadly to say, Garry at Lewisaire had a stroke last january 2011 and cannot be with us. As a lewisaire Bush pilot I learned a lot about VOR's and NDB's and ILS which I have applied to my online vatsim flights . We can only hope Garry may recover enough to lead us again. BP

Hi Mel , John, I have the full Maddie folder available in storage and I just loaded it into my Windows 7 computer and it works OK. I reduced the folder size and the smallest I can get is 58MB ,Regards, Boldpilot

Hi Guy's, Talking of realism in FS9. The Lisbon controller had cleared me to taxi to the departure runway and Hold, As I sat there a Fedex 777 came in to land it was just as if I was stood there watching the real thing even the smoke from the tyre's at touchdown ,colours were realistic too. BP

Hi Cat1, after a long search I finally found some kind gentleman who off his own bat located the missing waypoints and made them available to us .I can now fly SIDS and STARS approaches without the waypoints being missing. Comments??.Boldpilot

G'day Baiter, I don't use any of those fancy aircraft,just the standard FS9 or downloaded aircraft but in either case, to land using the APP button you have to be within a 40 degree funnel on your approach to the runway that's assuming the runway has an ILS frequency and it has been entered in NAV 1...

Hi ,Who has landed on the aircraft carrier in San Francisco bay,I just tried and went off the end into the 'oggin.Mind you I was flying a Beech350???. To find it take off at San Francisco airport and turn left on 290 degrees. Boldpilot.
