UAC is what makes you have to say yes or no to EVERYTHING you want to do. :)

Take it off, and it runs (almost) like XP.

Yeah.

It does like flames, clouds, smoke, just about anything you want it to do.

It is usually used to add effects to movies and animations after they are filmed/rendered.

Well, it's kinda a suprise for you all, :D , so, I'm trying to make an effect on Particle Illusion then copy the code and make it into an effect for use on aircraft.

FSX and Particle Illusion

Hey Guys,

Just a (hopefully) quick question.
Is it possible to use Particle Illusion effects in FSX?

Hey Guys! I'm back! :D I haven't been here in a while as I stopped playing FSX. (not enough graphics support on my computer, was slowing the whole thing down till it wasn't any fun.) @Jaeg- I seem to remember somebody somewhere saying you needed a 64 bit OS to use DX 10. I never found a check box or...

I use the 2D almost all the time. Computer monitor resolutions are WAY to small to use the 3D cockpit for flying. When I do airshows then I use the 3D cockpit. It lets you see more in those planes.

Hey KingofAir, is your new PC a Pavillion? I got a new one after my old one fried too. Unfortunatly, I didn't know you'd have to have a special graphics card for DX10 and got a regular graphics card. My computer has 600 GB hard drive, but it can't run FSX at full. It still is better than FS9 though....

Departed EGLL at 10:30 p.m. Clouds were scattered at about 13,000 ft. I had a bit of trouble getting the number 2 engine started, but it fired up after a few tries at the starter (see pics below). Trying to get my gmax model into FSX.

Hi Guys, As the topic name suggests, I'm trying to import my (very primitive) bomb into FSX. It is saving it as some crazy type of file I never heard of before. I need to know how to set up the plugins so that it will save it as a .mdl. Also, how to put everything else needed together for it to work...
