First off if any staff feel this thread is in the wrong spot please move it.
Now here's my situation. My fascination in WW1 and WW1 aviation has got me searching for a WW1 combat flight sim. I'm already very familiar with Rise of Flight, but I can't get that because my motherboard itself would need to be upgraded in order to handle the hardware needed to run that game, and that's not a risk I'm willing to take. So, I'm looking for the next best thing. I know there are a few more WW1 CFS games out there, but I'm not very familiar. Realism and graphics wise, what game would you recommend as the next best thing to Rise of Flight?
Looking for WW1 sim, not Rise of Flight

What might be the first step is to put up your PC's spec, so we can at least see what it might be able to handle.

I respect your wisdom in not spending your hard earned money just to play a game. Over the years, I have read many posts from gamers who are more interested in posting their hardware specifications than they are to learn how to fly an aircraft.
I AM NOT A PILOT. I JUST LOVE AVIATION.
