dancing taxiway

Post by lortiawhak » Sun Oct 10, 2004 11:06 pm

I have a quesition.

I was taxing down the taxiway, and the taxiway seems to move and change as I go across it. it seems like it is scared of my plane. You can also think of it like the taxiway is "dancing" when I go by it its really strange and annoying. how shall I, the almighty (well not really) stop this.
Thank you very much for your input, comments, concerns, anxieties, questions and etc...

OH yes! I have had this happen to me, but I was in a car on the highway. You can stop this "dancing" of the roadway by NOT taking LSD! 8O

The dancing effect is actually your graphics card trying to render the runway texture. Reduce the graphic quality in your sim and you will see an improvement.

And BTW, LSD aka "acid" stands for Lysergic Acid Diethylamide. It is odorless, colorless, and has a slightly bitter taste and is usually taken by mouth.

Asad is right. Happened with me too. Decreasing the graphics quality solves this problem. Or use a better graphics card. And yes, LSD is lysergic acid diethylamide, a hallucinogenic drug and less than a milligram of it by mouth gives one a trip to the moon. It is banned in most of the countries.
