Can everybody see my avatar????

Looks good 'G'. Imagine my surprise when I got on tonight. I thought I was somewhere else, and not "home". :D

EDIT: Tried the poll, and said my 'yes' entry was invalid. #-o

Love it "G", nice to see the place with a lick of fresh paint, although when I tried to vote, it keeps coming up as "Invalid".

@RD, yep bud, I can see your Avatar =D>

Not at all bad. For purely aesthetic reasons, you might want to rethink the search box/727 layout on the top right though.

Specifically? Some sort of rearrangement of the layout. So that they don't overlap like they currently do - it's slightly distracting (but I'm nitpicking).

This would probably entail moving the search box in lieu of the plane. Where to, I wouldn't know. Maybe onto the (whatchamacallit) button bar, maybe just to the left of the plane. Maybe off the header altogether. But someone with some more experience regarding web and/or graphic design than me might be able to give you a few pointers.

I like it. I don't have a problem with the search box location. Maybe a different background color for the search box would help with the contrast a bit. I understand keeping the graphics to the ends of the header box to allow for banners, ads, etc. in the center area. I like the idea of putting the search box in the "home" bar.

More themes available

Post by gbesoain » Fri Nov 05, 2010 5:40 pm

For those (only one so far  ) who didnt like the new theme, I have enable two more themes for you, including the "old" SubSilver" theme. Just go to your UCP http://forums.surclaro.com/bb3/ucp.php -> Board Preferences --> My Board Style and chose the one you prefer

Guys,

I have to change some things because of a lot of spammers, including posting Urls, you can put the url but the link will not parsed to an actual link.

About the layout, you can change it back to the "old" on your "User Control Panel -> Board Preferences -> My board style"

You can save drafts, and can be viewed/edited at UCP -> Overview -> Manage Drafts.

Regards.,
G

I seem to only have 'Prosilver' as an option in the drop-down for 'My Board Style'.
+ Any chance I could get back to not having to log in each time?

Thanks if you are able to help.

Hark is correct. I too, have only "ProSilver" available.

Also, my password issue isn't fixed as I reported. Sometimes my password will stay active over the course several visits on the same day, but always becomes inactive over night.

Jaeger,

I've just corrected the problems you all reported, persistent login and SubSilver theme re-activated. Please check

If I have to delete or move over 20 crap entries again, like I did today, I am outta here. With my toys.

Fix it "G". Seeing *beep* *beep* ads with pictures, just about pulled the last nerve. It is disgusting I'm disapproving more crap, and helping some one. As well, others see the crap being posted, and leave, never to return.

Fix it "G".

I am of the same feeling, I did ask you Boss some months ago to give us back our Forum as it was. this seems to have gone by the by, either you want this to work or you dont.......... YES or No ?........... it's simple.

Somehow seeing as your last visit was Fri Aug 03, 2012 10:33 pm..... I think it will be a NO

If you have no interest in the Forum, then hand Admin over to RD, and let us run it between us.
