Is it possable to see snow sticking to the ground when it's snowing eventhough it's not winter?

Set your weather to "winter wonderland". If you don't want to fly in it let it snow on you for a good 15 minutes then change the weather to something else, take off and the snow will or at least "should" still be there.

If you want to learn how to fly IFR and land with ILS or have any questions about IFR/ILS. Click this link and the information is there: http://www.faa.gov/library/manuals/avia ... _handbook/
